Printing Errors
Every one of our products is lovingly handmade and printed just for you, so no two items will be exactly alike! Because of this, there may be small, unique differences between multiples of the same item but we think that’s what makes them extra special.
If there is an error on our part, we’ll make it a top priority to send you a replacement.
Change of Mind
We totally get it sometimes minds change! However, because all of our products are custom-made by hand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of heart, theme changes, cancelled celebrations, or if your order doesn't arrive in time for your event due to postage delays. As each piece is one-of-a-kind, we can’t resell or reuse them. If you’re unsure about something, don’t hesitate to reach out before you purchase we’re here to help!
We’ll just need a quick photo to help us out with that.
Design and Artwork
All designs created by From Kasia remain our intellectual property. We may showcase these designs on our website unless otherwise agreed and allow others to purchase these designs in the future. Designs provided by other creators will be respected and not reused.
- For all custom work you’ll receive artwork for approval before production.
- Up to three revisions are included. Further changes or requests outside the original brief may incur a redesign fee.
- If the complete brief is changed from what was originally ordered and designed, a redesign fee will be payable.
- If artwork approval is delayed beyond 5 business days, your order will proceed to production to avoid further delays.
- Any stock range ordering on designs will not receive a mockup or design proof to approve as this is a sample of what you would already be receiving. Colours / pattern / design may slightly vary but will be kept initially the same theme / images

- The images shown in the listing are for illustration purposes only and are intended to showcase the product's style and potential use. Please note:
- From Kasia does not claim ownership of any third-party images featured in the listing. All rights remain with their respective owners and again are for illustration purposes to showcase the products.
- Any images or graphics provided by the customer are assumed to have full approval for use. By submitting these files, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use them, and From Kasia will not be held responsible for this.
- Custom orders may vary slightly in appearance due to personalisation details, materials, and other factors.
Colouring
Colours viewed on-screen may differ from actual print colours. The settings, quality, and calibration of your monitor will determine any variation. We do not accept returns based on slight colour differences.
Foil Printing
Foil printing is a beautiful technique that adds a shiny, metallic finish to your designs, creating a luxurious and eye-catching effect. At From Kasia, I use a digital foil printing method, which is a more cost-effective alternative to traditional foil stamping. This method allows for greater flexibility in creating stunning designs without the need for the expensive setup and materials typically associated with classic foil stamping.
As a manual process, digital foil printing produces results that closely resemble traditional methods, however, due to the nature of this technique, some minor imperfections may occur. Small black spots, hairline cracks, or slight variations in texture are natural characteristics of digital foil printing. These subtle marks are usually minimal and do not detract from the overall beauty or quality of the finished product. I take great care to ensure that every piece meets a high standard of quality and reflects the elegance you expect. While no printing method is entirely flawless, my goal is to deliver a final product that exceeds your expectations and adds that extra sparkle to your special occasion.
Foil printing is only limited to certain products and cannot be add on everything. There also may incur an additional cost.
General Damages and Issues
We want to make sure you're completely happy with your order, so please inspect your items as soon as they arrive! If you notice any damage, defects, or if you've received the wrong item, don’t hesitate to reach out to us right away so we can resolve the issue and make things right. Please contact us within 3 days to initiate concerns, otherwise we may be unable to offer replacements.
If your items are damaged during transit, please keep all the original packaging and the damaged items. You may be asked to take them to your local post office for damage assessment. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process a refund until this step has been completed.
In the rare case that we’ve agreed to issue a refund, please note that the refund will not include any postage fees.
