1. Custom Orders – No Returns

All personalised orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of being unable to re-sell.

Once we receive your order, we get started quickly to meet your delivery timeframe, so returns on made to order items aren't possible.

You may request a cancellation only if design & production has not yet begun on your item.
2. Confirming Your Order

Please double check all personalisation details such as names, dates, and special requests before finalising your order.

If you think you have made an error, please contact us right away.
3. Our Quality Promise
We take pride in delivering quality products. If you experience an issue with your order such as damage in transit or a production error please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it.
