Shipping Information
Thank you for choosing From Kasia for your personalised party creations and event needs. We’re committed to making sure your items reach you safely and efficiently. Please take a moment to read through our shipping guidelines below and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
1. Delivery Options
All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking. You can choose between standard or express shipping at checkout. For the most up-to-date delivery timeframes, we recommend checking directly with Australia Post.
Please note: Choosing express shipping only speeds up the delivery process, not the production time of your order. If you need to rush the production of your order - please include a rush fee.
2. Order Processing Times
Our turn around time changes and we work with event dates for priority. All our custom work is from 2-4 weeks before dispatch (Cake Toppers are on a quicker turn around time than large party orders). This may be extended during busy periods or public holidays. If any delays are expected, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your selected shipping method and location. You’ll be able to view the final shipping cost during the checkout process before placing your order. We do not make money from shipping costs, this is a losing battle for all small business and we are charging you the least possible to cover just the postage & handling cost.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your parcel’s journey on the Australia Post website.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double check that your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. From Kasia cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or errors resulting from incorrect address information.
6. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship exclusively within Australia. International shipping is not available.

7. Delivery Support
Once your order has been carefully packed and lodged with the chosen courier (typically Australia Post), the responsibility for the parcel’s route, handling, and delivery timeframe lies with the postal or courier service. While we aim to meet all requested timeframes and always dispatch orders promptly within the agreed processing window, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the parcel is in transit.
Please note that we are not liable for any delays, misroutes, or errors caused by the courier. These situations are unfortunately beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist with tracking and resolving any issues, including lodging enquiries with the courier on your behalf.
Express shipping refers only to the delivery speed once dispatched and does not fast-track the production of your order unless a rush fee has been agreed upon.
If your order is time-sensitive and you are concerned about potential delays, we highly recommend considering alternative delivery options. For Sydney-based customers, we can organise a private door-to-door courier service for urgent deliveries. We are happy to obtain a quote for you, or you can arrange your own service using platforms such as Express Drop Off.
If a parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We’ll support you with tracking and provide guidance through the claims process if the parcel is deemed lost by the courier.
