• Screen Display Differences: Colours on your screen may appear brighter or more vivid than on the edible print due to variations in screen settings and resolution.
• Edible Ink Characteristics: Edible inks naturally produce softer tones. Bright colours may appear more muted, and pink shades may take on stronger red undertones. Pink is one of the colours that never prints close.

These variations are normal and part of the edible printing process. Slight colour differences are not grounds for return or refund.

Due to the nature of edible printers and the nature of the icing sheets carrying moisture, roller marks may occasionally appear on the surface of the printed image, particularly in areas with darker or solid colours. These marks are caused by the printing mechanism and are an expected outcome when using edible printing technology.

While we strive to minimise roller marks and deliver a high-quality product, they are a common occurrence and do not affect the safety or usability of the edible image. As such, roller marks are not considered a defect and are not eligible for returns or refunds. When purchasing edible printed images, this is agreed upon purchase that you have read these terms outlined above.

To ensure optimal results:

• Simplifying Complex Designs: Intricate details, small text, or very dark areas may not reproduce clearly and could be adjusted for better visibility.
• Image Size and Placement: Designs may be resized or repositioned to best fit the edible printing medium.

• Storage: Keep the sheets in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat. Avoid refrigerating or freezing them.
• Application: Apply images to smooth surfaces like fondant, buttercream, or royal icing. Follow the provided instructions for best results.
